1. Introduction
Welcome to LRS Exterior Cleaning. By booking or receiving our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
2. Services Provided
LRS Exterior Cleaning provides professional window cleaning on a 6-weekly schedule, as well as one-off cleans upon request.
We also offer additional services, including:
- Gutter clearing
- UPVC cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Conservatory cleaning
- Render cleaning
- Roof cleaning
3. Minimum Charge
A minimum service charge of £18 applies to all cleaning visits, regardless of property size or number of windows cleaned.
4. 24-Hour Clean Guarantee
We take pride in the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your clean. We will re-clean the affected area free of charge, no questions asked. If the dirt is from the inside of the window and the customer has called us to re-clean, a full charge of the 6 weekly price will be charged.
Requests made after 24 hours will not qualify for a re-clean.
5. Scheduling and Delays
We aim to maintain regular 6-weekly schedule. However, due to factors such as weather, staffing, or larger jobs, delays may occur. In such cases, cleans may be postponed but will never be more than two weeks behind schedule.
6. Access to Property
Customers must ensure that we have clear and safe access to the property on the scheduled cleaning day.
If access is not available and no prior communication has been made, the full service charge will still apply. LRS Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to charge the full price in these circumstances.
7. New Customer Commitment
All new customers are contracted for a minimum of three cleans.
If a customer chooses to cancel before the completion of these three cleans, the value of the remaining cleans will be charged in full.
8. Cancellations and Skipped Cleans
We require at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service.
- Cancellations made on the day of the clean, or if access is not available with no prior notice, will be charged at full price.
- Frequent cancellations or skipped cleans may result in removal from our service schedule.
9. Payments
All payments are due within 7 days of the service date.
Our preferred payment method is GoCardless. If a customer is unable or unwilling to use this method, we also accept bank transfer or card payment.
Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or late payment fees.
10. Referral Scheme
Refer a friend to LRS Exterior Cleaning and receive £25 credit added to your account once the referred customer completes their first clean.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
11. Liability
While every care is taken during cleaning, LRS Exterior Cleaning is not liable for any pre-existing damage to property or fittings.
Any claim for accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of the clean.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
LRS Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
