Our Young Team
Liam began LRS Exterior Cleaning when he was 19 in 2022. He is now 22 and has been nominated for awards for ‘Best Young Businessman Of The Year’ and has grown the business to where it is today. His intention was always to build the business up and to reinvest every pound earned back into the business to grow and to use the best equipment ant techniques possible.
Our employment structure has always been looking at giving young people of similar age to Liam or younger to have a clear path transitioning from school to the working world. We do also take on older staff where we see fit and continue to have the core values in place to make everyone welcome and be apart of our team.
